Nordic Strategic Management

We offer a modern strategic management method especially adapted for public organizations in the Nordic region. In this way, we create the opportunity for overview and priorities in a changing world when resources are limited.

We work systematically based on a process where the aim is to persuade management and the board to find the "right" strategic level to be able to exercise governance. We do this in the following subsections.
 
Our role is to facilitate the change and to achieve a better and more conscious management in the organization. Our purpose is to educate you and create an understanding of governance in the long term, rather than relying on individual consultants to drive the governance processes.

Current state

Initially, we collect data on what the current situation in the organization looks like. We inventory the strategic goals that exist both in the organization and set by its stakeholders.

Insight

Once we have created a structure for the available material, we present our insights.

Direction

With structured material and valuable insight into challenges and problems from people inside and outside the organization, we can distinguish what is strategically important for the board and management to focus on.

Review

With a strategic and systematic management process in place, there are good opportunities to follow the strategic direction.
